5. OUR CONTRACT
When you make an order to purchase a product on IMPORTEXPORTCG.COM, we will send you an e-mail with our bill, confirming your order, with all the details. Your order, for us, is a document expressing your will to purchase our products. The order must be considered as accepted when we ship you your(s) product(s). Thus, the sale contract is considered concluded when the transaction is finished and you receive the bill. Accordingly, when you order with IMPORTEXPORTCG.COM you are clearly expressing your will to sign a contract.
6. MINORS
IMPORTEXPORTCG.COM is not selling to minors. If you are a minor, you can only use our site with the agreement of your legal guardian.
7. SENDING EMAILS
We will communicate most of the time with our customers with e-mail. For contractual reasons, you have to accept this communication method, and have to consent to its legal value. This is not affecting your legal rights.
8. SERVICE ALTERATION AND AMENDMENTS
We are keeping the right to modify our web site, our policy, our current use and sale conditions at any time. You will be subjected to the conditions of use, sale and services in function at the time of your use of our site or when you are ordering, unless the modification of those conditions was required by a governmental authority. Refund & return policy

At the store within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note (but no refund) for an item you are not satisfied with, under certain conditions:

The original invoice must be presented.

The item must not have been worn, used, damaged or washed. It must be clean, odorless and without animal hair.

The item is still in its original packaging and the labels are still attached to it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on clearance items, used items, underwear, socks and airsoft items. Gift cards are also final sales. Shipping costs, if any, are not reimbursed.
Upon return, your name and phone number are required.
If a refund is authorized, it must be made on the method of payment of the initial invoice.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy and we will be happy to assist you in the warranty process.
Postal orders
The customer has 30 days following receipt of the package to make a return. For all online orders, the customer must assume the transportation costs for the return. The product will be refunded after reception if the following conditions are met:

The item is still in its original packaging and the labels are still attached to it.
If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
We cannot accept returns on clearance items, used items, underwear, socks, batteries, fuel and airsoft items.
If a refund is authorized, it will be made on the method of payment of the initial invoice. There may be a delay in processing the refund.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy and we will be happy to assist you in the warranty process.
It is your responsibility to contact us (1-877-293-4525 / info@smprtactical.com) before returning a product to expedite the processing of the return. You must also ensure that the packaging is compliant and secure. We do not reimburse shipping cost if the return label is lost.
If your package is returned to us after more than 10 days of waiting at the post office, reshipment costs may be charged.
